Young Adults
Just as when you work out your physical body you want to strengthen your core muscles, we as a ministry want to strengthen one another's spiritual core. We hope to do this primarily through small groups (CORE groups). It’s only in these smaller groups that openness, vulnerability, trust and discipleship can be developed. We also hope that through these groups more intimate friendships will be developed, allowing us to become friends in such a way that we will willingly meet one-on-one to encourage and challenging one another to live more like Christ. We will develop each others' spiritual habits so that we are each working on our "core" ourselves, continually shaping ourselves to look more like Christ and be able to withstand all the things the world has to throw at us.
We exist to help young adults become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ through personal relationships that draw people into true community and discipleship.
We currently have Monday and Tuesday night LifeGroups that meet weekly. Each LifeGroup chooses its own study—be it a video, book of the Bible or a Christian book. Both groups are mixed—consisting of men and women, singles and couples. Our prayer is that you’ll find a group to plug into with people that you can relate to, trust, and be challenged with in your walk with the Lord.
