Series After Easter - A Healthy Disconnect

There are basic spiritual practices that are essential to our spiritual health. From the very beginning of the Bible, God has modeled and commanded the principle of self-care. In our culture, self-care is either misunderstood (it’s about pampering yourself) or ignored all together. This series will explore the biblical principles of self-care and how they are essential to a healthy spiritual life.
